Frequently Asked Questions

Where will my child live? Is the school dormitory safe?

All students under our care are placed in on-campus accommodation，We do not use homestay models because on-campus accommodation is more controllable, more standardized, and gives parents greater peace of mind.

I‘m based outside of China – how can I stay updated on my child‘s progress? How often do I hear from you?

We provide monthly progress reports covering academic performance, language improvement, daily life adaptation, and emotional well-being. Parents can also reach our guardians anytime via dedicated WhatsApp/WeChat group. For emergencies, we will call you immediately.

What happens if my child gets sick or faces an emergency?

We have a standard emergency response protocol. For medical needs, our guardian accompanies the student to hospital and contacts parents immediately. For major incidents (accidents, serious disputes, etc.), we activate our emergency plan within 1 hour – including school communication, consulate notification if needed, and family updates. All guardians are trained in basic first aid.
