OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.sinowisechina.com (the “Site”) and all services, programs, bookings, and activities provided by Sinowise Discovery (“we,” “us,” “our”), including but not limited to business study tours, educational exchange programs, corporate events, executive living support, and related offerings. By using the Site, registering for our services, or making a payment, you (“you,” “user,” “client,” “parent,” or “guardian”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and register for our services.
When services involve participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register them and accepts full responsibility for the participant’s compliance with these Terms, program rules, safety instructions, and conduct during the program. For all other services, the registering client accepts full responsibility for their own compliance and that of their accompanying delegates.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
Full payment or required deposit is due at booking.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation and the actual costs incurred by us in preparing for the service.
We reserve the right to cancel a program or service due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure, or safety concerns; we will refund all payments received minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
No refunds will be provided for missed days, early departure, dismissal for misconduct, or failure to complete required documentation.
4. Participant & Delegate Conduct
All participants and delegates must follow all instructions from our staff, respect others, maintain safety, and refrain from disruptive, illegal, or harmful behavior during any Sinowise Discovery program or event.
5. Health, Safety & Insurance
You warrant that all participants and delegates are physically and mentally able to participate in the booked service. You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and special needs prior to the start of the service.
6. Changes to Itineraries & Services
We reserve the right to modify or adjust itineraries, transportation, accommodation, activities, or service arrangements when necessary due to safety, weather, transport delays, government orders, or force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service quality. Such changes do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
7. Personal Information & Privacy
Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data as set forth in the Privacy Policy for service operation, communication, and compliance purposes.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free service. All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sinowise Discovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, arising from your use of services or participation in programs, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sinowise Discovery from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, participant misconduct, or your negligence.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
The laws of the People’s Republic of China govern these Terms.
The parties shall first resolve any dispute through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, we may elect to submit the dispute to arbitration in Shanghai, China in English, or to the competent courts in Shanghai.
13. General Provisions
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sinowise Discovery.
